TO REGISTER FOR THE 2008 HOTZONE CONFERENCE:

To register on-line and pay with a credit card: Please submit your completed registration form by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button. You may only use this electronic form if you are paying by credit card. If you are using a credit card, then the billing address needs to match the location where you receive your credit card statement.



Individuals paying by check or purchase order must register by mail. On-line registration is not available for those paying by check or purchase order, follow this link to the registration form, complete it and mail it to the address listed in the form. If you registered after October 2, 2008, then bring the check or purchase order to the conference with you and present it when you check -in at the registration desk but fax a copy of the form beforehand to 469-374-7740. Refund Policy: Cancellations will result in a refund of the registration fee minus a $35.00 administrative fee.
