All applications must be received by 4pm CDT on August 18, 2008.
 
Scholarships will be announced August 21, 2008 and posted on the website at:  www.hotzone.org 
 
Individuals who do not receive a scholarship and will be attending HOTZONE 2008 must complete the Hotzone Conference registration form. 
 
"Full Scholarship" recipients are responsible for contacting Angie Rochen for their room reservations by October 3, 2008 but not before the selection process on August 21, 2008.  You will not make your own hotel reservation if you are a "full scholarship" recipient, only paying attendees will make their own hotel room reservations.
